"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"They did a great job!  We gave them specific directions to trim the two huge trees off the roof and away from the sidewalk, and they did exactly that, and when we requested they trim a few branches a bit more because they hung over a neighbor's property, it was no problem or additional expense.  There was a very heavy windstorm within a month of the trim job, and a remaining branch snapped and was hanging down.  I called California Arborist and they came out the same day and cut it off, with no additional charge.  The trees were shaped nicely, not just lopped off.  We were very happy with the work. <br />"
