"This is the second house we’ve had the Luviano Brothers install appliances. The first house was a gas range, subzero, microwave, vent and wine refrigerator. We sold that house and recently had them install an induction cooktop with downdraft and a dishwasher. They are the best and I wouldn’t even consider hiring someone else. They are thorough, so knowledgeable, neat and very kind. A pleasure to have in the house. They won’t leave until it’s right."

They had alot of knowledge and found a clean out pipe in my lawn I didn't even know was there. They had all the parts so they were able to dig it up, fix my sewer, and cleaned up like no one was even there all in one day. And they were $2000.00 cheaper than what boney was wanting."

"Let me start by saying that I went thru three other companies and thier prices were really high up there. I was ready to give up on a dream that I have had for years . My children are all moved out and I thought I can finally reface my kitchen . … but the quotes I was getting were depressing …. Ryan makes sure everything is done correctly and drops in here and there makes sure all is going well . I have no complaints my kitchen looks beautiful… I’m so happy with the results . I would hire Wiseman Home Improvements without a hesitation . Now I hired them to do my patio door. In the near future if I decide to remodel another room in my house Wiseman will be the ones I call. Very please with the work they did … they are very professional and ready to work when they show up . Kudos to all the crew and Wiseman Home Improvements."

Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. "Responsive at first. Came out and charged the 75.00 fee to give estimate. Was told I would hear the following business day (which was Monday) and he would give me quote and be able to come out. Never heard anything. I text a few days later asking for update and he again said he was waiting for price on parts and would get back to me. That was over a week ago and still havnt heard anything."

"They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch.
