"Kellis know his stuff about dishwashers. Thank you! Clean, on time, and professional service. Thank you so much!"

"Work itself was good, but service was not so good. Arden checked out my dishwasher and gave a quote. Next day another guy showed up to do work and tells me my air gap needed replacing and now there would be another service charge plus cost of replacement as he would need to come back again. He did not reattach my water hose unbeknownst to me and when I turned on water it leaked all over. Next day Arden shows up to replace air gap and as I was not happy gave me discount finished work but could not put on bottom panel as the other repairmen took the screws, said he could come back anytime in the next couple weeks. About a week or so later I texted him and he said yes he would finish but then never heard back. Even when I texted again. While the dishwasher works fine the service was not."

"The two gentlemen sent out to repair my ice maker were in home working on project the same day as requested. Completed same day and went above and beyond to also repair my dryer at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!!"

"Excellent service and very professional very immaculate would hire again absolutely"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I needed help fast and they were able to get my washer running very quickly after I had tried for almost a week. Super responsive and professional. The technician was very kind and clearly knew what he was doing. He noticed how interested I was in the nomenclature of the machine and was able to educate me through the process. I highly recommend A-1 Professional Appliance."

"Good overall experience. Our washer had a loud spin cycle issue. He fixed the worn parts, cleaned up after himself, and explained what was wrong. Solid work and good communication."

"Igor was on time, very professional and knowledgeable with the Kenmore/Whirlpool Dryer that needed repair. I would definitely recommend Axis Appliance Repair and Igor for any preventative or repair maintenance."
