The price was very reasonable, but more importantly, Caleb's professionalism and demeanor was so impressive, I signed up for their program. The very next morning, Spencer, the technician, showed up exactly on time as promised. He too, was very gracious and took the time to review the service and products he would be applying to my home. I watched as he meticulously covered every inch of property, at times double-checking his work. Spencer's professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail was off the charts! As "frontline" representatives of their company, I have no doubt I will be very pleased with All Seasons Pest Control for a long time to come. "A five star rating is not high enough for Chris Morrow. I had a “critter” problem in the attic. I called three people for information and bids. No question - Chris was way above the others. He set up a camera and confirmed his suspicions of raccoons, as well as baited traps. In two days, he caught two raccoons - no more noise in the attic! He left the baited trap out to assure there were no more raccoons, but ended catching a skunk and an opossum! He is extremely knowledgeable of many animals and their habits; he is very kind and professional, and kept me well informed at all times. He is prompt, dependable, and courteous. And, as an added bonus, he can repair the soffit damage! I hope I never have this problem again, but I know who to call if I do. If you have a “critter “ problem, there is no need to call anyone else- that’s a waste of time. Chris the the one to take care of it."

"We had to do several months of treatment, as we bought an old home in Benton Park in the city that had been totally gutted/renovated and hadn't recently been occupied. There was a pretty bad brown recluse problem that Steve actually identified in our neighbor's unit (it's a town home) and she was the one to alert us that the spiders might be brown recluses. Steve set traps all throughout our house (which is what he used to ID the brown recluses), and came once per month for 3-4 months until they were gone. Now we're doing quarterly appointments to stay on top of them. Steve was wonderful to work with. He was very thorough and professional, and we would definitely recommend his services!
