We would of never been able to explain to some of our other service companies what we needed. They also provided us with mobile technology where we use a simple app on our smartphone and can run our whole home with a push of a button. They went above and beyond setting up and explaining all these systems, so we could use it without calling our grand kids every time. Very happy with feeling secure in our home at our age and our home safe when we are away. We can bring up cameras while we are gone and are updated by text and email every time our house is entered when we are away. We can even have our lights turned on and our thermostat changed when we are on our way home or even if we are too lazy and are lying in bed, this all by a touch of our cell phone. We love what these systems can do."

"We requested an estimate and Sean arrived to do it within a reasonable number of days. We described the work to be done and specified that the concrete in the post holes had to come up to the soil surface because the area tends to be wet. Sean said they usually put soil over the concrete so that grass can grow near the posts, but noted our request. There was a scheduling delay due to weather, and then one day we came home from shopping to find the crew well along with the job. They removed the old fence, re-used 4 existing posts, and set 3 new posts. We thought it looked OK at a quick glance. The next day, when I was clearing off old vegetation from the garden near the fence, I found 3 piles of debris in the garden from the excavation of the post holes. I also noted that the new concrete had been covered by 7 or 8 inches of soil. It took several e-mails and phone calls, but we did get the crew to return in a few days to add concrete to the top of the post holes and to remove the concrete chunks and clay subsoil I had picked up from the garden. They were apologetic, and the fence looks good."

Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! (Wish is was possible to submit photos of the work they've done for us...although I'm not sure photos would do them justice) Call them if you are looking for professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, unique design, quality construction and materials, and timely work completion!"
