"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Technician Doug completed the service -- he was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and attentive to my requests. Croach personnel on the phone are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company for all pest control needs."

"They are very expensive! Very professional, on time, and will come back multiple times for repeat fumagations for the tree ants or anything else thats needed. They did extra work to close up the foundation and openings to the roof where bugs and critters could go in. Overall good experience but pricey."
