"Jess helped us out with the huge job of replacing the entire sewer main pipe from under our house to the sidewalk given that our old cast iron pipes were corroded and kept getting blocked by roots. This was a 3 day job involving a multiple person team. We went with Jess given that his estimate seemed fair and beat out other competitors. The work ended up being more labor intensive than anticipated, as digging to the city sewer line, which should have taken hours, ended up taking a day and a half due to unseen gnarled roots and cement in the soil. Despite this, Jess and his team worked diligently, showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. They were courteous, professional, and very hard working. "The owner, Mike, came to inspect the problem (DIY mess left by me. A half threaded part of shower arm stuck behind) and then proposed a solution which he trusts his job team lead, Manuel, could improvise as needed to avoid cutting through tile walls to minimize damages (and implied later headache and hidden cost). Which all other bidders all included cutting the tile wall without patch-up post job done. Mike was a very good negotiator and flexible at coming to a bid price I cannot not wait and compare. Otherwise, I could lose the reasonable offer. Mike is like an openbook. After job bid approved, he immediately schedule the work for next day right at the table. Manuel led a team of 4 for my project. Manuel is a nice guy, very approachable and would explain any questions I had. Nicely getting job done. "The actual job was to essentially replace the entire sewer system from fixtures to the town hookup, along with replacing toilets. Daniel and Jaime were awesome!. We contacted them based on very positive feedback from a neighbor who had them perform some work for her. They did a very thorough up front inspection (with pictures) and explained the current state of the system and provided a variety of options to address the issues they found. All of their work was top notch (and included before and after pictures). They always kept us informed of what was happening when - and were always on time. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and why. The work was performed in a minimally disruptive way - we almost always had some level of service available (a working bathroom, etc). They started the job by laying down some impressive floor coverings to protect the house, and at the end of each day they cleaned things up. When the project was completed they restored the front yard very nicely (they left very few signs that anything was done - which was impressive considering the amount of work done).
