The work being done to the driveway and stucco was explained to us in detail and was finished in the time frame Victor laid out for us. The price was reasonable too. "Walter and his crew did an excellent job completely relandscaping my yard from the ground up. They ground a stump, did the grading, installed retaining walls and underground drainage, installed sod, planted all kinds plants, and laid boulders, gravel and pavers. They also built two giant brick walls that collectively stretched about half an acre. They were professional, respectful, responsive, kind and they showed up when they said they would. A couple times mistakes were made because of me and they corrected it and didn’t charge me. Overall, we received a great value for the price we paid and we highly recommend their services."

"Highly recommend these guys! Went beyond customer service expectation and communicated through the entire process. I first got our walk path done by them, stamped concrete and also flagstone. I then had them do a retaining wall that almost wrapped around our entire property including added stairs for the dogs, and in the back yard a added grilling area. The retaining wall process required much work because they had to dig and level. To me the price was very fair , major house projects that are done correctly are not cheap , but the outcome is all worth it because it looks amazing and is done right. These guys know what they are doing, are honest , and their work ethic is absolutely amazing."

"Eric contacted me immediately after I submitted a request for a quote. He came the next day to give me an estimate to remove a tree. He offered an excellent price. In talking with him I learned that his crew also does concrete work. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for that also. They came the next day and removed the tree. As soon as we received HOA approval they returned and poured the concrete. They did a great job for a fair price. We highly recommend Eric and his team."

"All drywall work was performed correctly.  Because of the need to insulate water lines in the wall where the damaged drywall  was being replaced, the crew from Hands On let me know that I needed six feet of one half inch pipe insulation which was not part of the original scope of the task to protect the pipes from freezing in the winter.  They let me quickly go to a plumbing supply store to pick up the needed six feet of one half inch pipe insulation material at my expense of only $2.35 and come back home, and then they installed the insulation on the water pipes as well without slowing up their overall task to replace the damaged drywall.  All final sealing and plastering of the joints between the new drywall and existing adjacent drywall was performed correctly.  The crew was able to disconnect, relocate, return to their original location, and reconnect the existing washer and gas dryer before and after their task correctly. I checked both the washer and dryer afterwards and they perform correctly.  They properly cleaned up the work site and placed all construction waste in a trash bag which I will be able to dispose later.  In conclusion, their work was very professionally and efficiently performed.  The total cost of the repair job was the prepaid labor time of $121 plus $33 paid at the end of the job for materials plus $2.35 paid by me for materials during the job for a grand project total cost of $156.35.

He said he would bring 1 or 2 people to do the jobs, but he came himself only, and did about an hour's worth of work, ie the easy tasks: sealed the shower w/a silicone seal which peeled off within 2 or 3 days of use, changed washer on kitchen sink, replaced light bulb, and sealed w/silicone around 2 bathroom sinks.He charged $75 at a $65/hr rate and left for a bigger job, per his admission . He is rated 5 stars but is obviously overrated. From my notes, he scheduled for 8 to 8:30 am but arrived at 9:44am, at which time he took a phone call."
