"The line connecting my washing machine and kitchen to the main line was blocked; with water back up in the sink and washing machine. After an unsuccessful attempt to snake the line from the outside access, it was suggested by another that the clog couldnâ t be cleared, pipe was â done,â and the solution was to reroute the pipe for about 12 K! I called GMC, hopeful they could clear the line. Geremi responded immediately, quoted a reasonable price to unclog the line, was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave it his all until the line was clear!! His camera showed water running through the line after it was cleared, and his recommendation was simply annual snaking for $75. I was literally almost resigned to a huge 12 K problem and canâ t express how grateful I am that Geremi didnâ t give up and succeeded at unclogging this drain, and that I was able to see with his camera that the pipe was not, in fact, done. There were no added charges for the extra time or new snake blades it took to cut through this clog and no expensive and unnecessary recommendations. I now have a trusted plumber for life."

I guess Plotke is now buying out RedLilly. So it doesn't matter which one you call these days. The work was, I think, well done. They are just sometimes not careful with a persons property, I would say. From this and from other occasions. They should put a cloth down or something like that, be careful, Remember to apply a cloth on a fixture before you apply the pliers on it so as not to scratch. They didn't clean up well after themselves. He showed up unannounced early. So he was supposed to show up like at about 10 O'clock in the morning instead he showed up like at 8:30 in the morning. So I was like " You are supposed to be here later, I'm not ready for you yet." I had things to do that morning. In the future, it depends on what the problem is, it depends; is there a special going on, on something that I need , that I can get on Angie's List. It depends. Other times they have done really well but now that they are merging with the other company it's not as good as it used to be. To improve there service: Follow through and cleaning up after themselves. Friendly staff"

"Main line root clog. Late evening call to request service the following morning for a root issue in Main line. Needed to be hydro jet due to the liner put in a few years prior. ( side note..NOT done by this company and didn't hold. Expensive and would replace with new pipe for same cost.) Expedient service and video verification . Would Definitely recommend this company. "Called Sal's for help. Bryan came within an hour. We decided to start with the easiest fix yesterday, which was to replace the seal on an upstairs toilet (30 years old) above the leak. Bryan was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, The seal was almost gone. Although initially, we thought that fixed the problem, the leak seemed to resume later in the day, so called Sal's back this morning for a more aggressive approach to finding the source of the leak. They sent Nick within the hour, who also was experienced and professional. He carefully draped the area and then removed the ceiling which was wet. Fortunately, the leak was from a pin-sized hole in the cold water line right above the spot. He left to procure supplies to fix the copper pipe without having to solder and risk more trauma to the 30 year old pipe. Leak was fixed within 2 hours of his initial arrival. He cleaned up. I will call them again for any of our plumbing needs. Responsive, experienced, professional."
