He conducted a bed bug inspection for 1.5 hrs, and was extremely thorough- took my bed apart, flipped over couches, took pictures off the wall- and put it all back together. He found no evidence, but answered all my many questions & explained my options if the bugs ever do appear. He was patient & respectful, and when I called him a week later with yet another question, he took time with me even though there was no money to be made. . I would use him again, and definitely recommend him!"
