"Patrick, the owner made the service call to my house in about 1/2 hour. I was alone, babysitting for my two grandchildren and very worried. I explained my problem, he told me what to look for (a water shut off valve) and asked if I could turn the water off. I told him I would try. I was frantic because with the babies, then not finding any shut off valve, water coming up from the floor, and clearing way for what I thought would be a wall tear down - Patrick and his "manager" (?) arrived. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable, and quite a gentleman, (despite being waterlogged) and I felt that he gave me all options for this future repair.
