"We just had all about roofing install our new roof I tell you I couldnâ t be happier Devin worked on all the financial details for us with our insurance company and all we had to do was confirm with the insurance company that all was well. His staff is amazing. They keep you updated Constantly with emails and messages if you choose letting you know dates coming up times and when product will be delivered And the final agreed installment date the men who came to install the roof were very courteous, and the cleanup was unbelievable, not tack, nail or piece of trash on my lawn. I tell you I could not be happier."

"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"After interviewing 5 residential roofers, I chose W & D Roofing & Contracting. It is a small, established Tucson family business who are licensed, bonded, insured, experienced, professional. Their roofing team is too. This was for replacing a 30+ year old flat roof. They tore off my old rotted roof, replaced the plywood base, increased the size of the scuppers to take rain off the roof quickly, gave it a slight pitch, added upper heat pump level drainage. They cleaned up and left my yard in pristine condition. My flat roof had been leaking before I moved into my house in 2019. This is my first house, so I was inexperienced in this whole process. And, they were the cheapest bid. No one had been able to fix it by patching, or sealing it. I had a tight timeline in mind of 2-1/2 weeks, and they fit me into their schedule. And, just in time. The Roof had no water near the surface crack. He went out of his way to find out what was causing the dripping ceiling to determine if it was really his company or if there was something else that was causing the water leak. "Walter was very easy to work with as he is very straight forward about what he can and can't do. His crew was very friendly and professional. I was impressed with how well the worked together. The job they did was excellent. Part of the deal was to take down the exterior shutters and repaint them. As it turned out, the builder had glued the shutters to the wall. The removed the shutters for me and repaired the damage to the wall at no extra charge. The replacement shutters I had ordered did not arrive in time, but Walter came back after I got them and painted them, also at no extra charge. The job was started on 5/15/2017 and was completed ahead of schedule. We were very happy with outcome."
