"Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent. Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. I don't want to say it was off the charts but.. I had watched the previous tech repair the leak in less than an hour. I went through my records and located the receipt. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

"The experience was amazing, from start to finish. I had two vendors come out and give me an estimate for the 30 foot plumbing from the wall, to the middle of my deck where I am housing my new Weber grill. The first plumbing company quoted me, Will's All Pro Plumbing, $3600 -$4600, using composite pipe to do the job. I told the plumber I thought this was at least 5x's my expectation on cost. Fortunately, I called Capps and had a wonderful customer service person (the owner's wife), that professionally managed the two visits her husband made to my house. First to make the estimate and second to the work. After he came out and called me with the estimate, I was nearly passed out, it was 1/8th the cost of the prior estimate at $600. Furthermore, it was using steel pipe, and not the cheaper composite piping. I didn't even let them finish reading out the cost estimate, I asked them to come out and get it started asap! The work was then done, the following day, and the plumber went the extra mile and even setup my grill! I'm a discerning customer, and the work was done fantastically."

"OUTSTANDING from Start to Completion. I purchased a Toilet from Lowes Store and paid to have it installed. I was promptly called by AFM Plumbing and talked with Jason to schedule a date to install. We set the date, AFM picked up the toilet from Lowes and we were give a call of the day scheduled that they would be at our residence within 20 minutes from the call. <br /> I did not know at the time that AFM was a Father Son Business. However, when they arrived I met Al and Jason for the first time and was very impressed when it was discovered by Jason that the toilet I purchased (my lack of knowledge) would not fit in the bathroom due to the size of the Tank etc. Jason, said no problem Sir, I can take this back and get the correct size of the same item and will be back and install. Then when they were loading it on their truck noticed that there were two other toilets on the truck which would fit my bathroom. He said no problem , he called Lowes on the phone told them of the problem and ask them to give me credit for the one I had purchased and he would return my original purchase for me and pick up another for the next delivery. <br /> To me, this is above and beyond the call of duty and I want to thank Jason for doing this and taking the time (free of charge) to return the other toilet back to Lowes. <br /> This team knows exactly how to do a job in a professional manner. They really do work as a team and the Job was completed in an outstanding professional manner within 45 minutes from start to finish. <br /> What I really like was when they took the old toilet out, the put plastic all around it to ensure that no water would be coming out onto our carpet etc. <br /> Bottom line is this. You can pay a little more for a professional job. We are so happy, we now have a new Plumbing Team when we need a Plumbing Job. In fact, very soon we will have them do another install of a toilet. <br /> I Highly recommend this professional business to every Angie's List subscriber or any other individual household. <br />"

"Was previously quoted $900+ from another plumber who said it would be a major job. Jerod and Justin came out, took a look and determined that at this time washers needed to be replaced. However, in future it might come down to changing cartridge in faucet handle - or upgrading fixtures. Regardless, Jerod saw what needed to be done and didn't try to oversell. Small price for a great job. I'd hire them again to do the upgrade when the time comes."
