The owner responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and came over within a day or two (it wasn't an emergency). He was very knowledgeable, seemed honest and trustworthy, and offered more than one solution to the issue. He did not actually perform any repairs, as he wanted to find out more information on one of the possible solutions he mentioned, and he said it was not necessary to do repairs before we did other work on the house that we need to get done this winter. <br />"

He has a large van type truck which his traveling work shop. He had all the things he needed to do all the repairs, with him.Tha plumbing was the kitchen sink and the outside water faucet. The electrical was light. above the kitchen sink. On the way out, he took the time to tighten the screen door.. The wind had blown it against the house. Needless to say, I was very happy with his work! He is a quiet spoken man , tends right to work. Very efficient!"

Our chimney fell down and he did some of the roof work for it. I didn't contact him when he didn't come back."
