"These men were prompt every day and where able to start the job the week after escrow closed 4/4/18 which was very important as I'm disabled with MS and HVAC has a crucial role with my health needs . Marty's crew had the job completed by 4/18/18 which was incredible due to the expected finds (black mold/moisture damage) and completely new code electrical wiring and box being required which they work in excellent tandem with "Affordable Electric", a great team of contractors, "Allianz". I choose "Allianz" out of five HVAC contractor bids, for Quality*****his bid included a 5 year labor warranty whereas others only included parts warranty no labor, his bid also had a 20 year heat exchanger (Trane) and 10 year parts warranty (Trane), Referral from prior customer/friends whose new system is still working efficiently 10+yrs later, Price***** very reasonable and affordable, Punctuality *****shown up as agreed to, Responsiveness ***** to our concerns with 1955 wiring, professionalism (two other bidders wouldn't even consider putting in anything but "Spilt Air Systems" all over outside walls of house, not what was requested, requested Central HVAC, another said job was to big, yet another wouldn't work in the crawl space within roof, and even had one say "he wouldn't compete with other HVAC bidders"). Marty went ABOVE and BEYOND in that My son is also an electrician but California escrow didn't close before he had to return to Arizona for work, but son was able to do the final walk through with me &realtor then talked with "Marty owner of Allianz" who then talked with "Mike of Affordable Electric" about some of the electrical concerns he had; major concern very outdated hazardous electrical box and wiring within the house. These two contractors are an AWESOME team, both my son and myself are really pleased how well they "Affordable Electric - Mike" and "Allianz - Marty" took the time and care with me to be sure new code wiring in new to me home was safe for me to live in due to my MS handicap and being a Senior. The Allianz crew were respectful, efficient and took care while doing both the inside and outside work. Everyday they cleaned up before they left for the day. They went ABOVE & BEYOND in that they even professional install interior sheetrock to cover holes left from the 5 removed ancient coil wall heaters in each room and the 2 not working wall installed air conditioners plus installed weatherproof outside exterior coverage for these last two holes. Then SUPER ABOVE & BEYOND w/o charging me extra his crewman removed all the "black mold" damage, replaced the damaged interior 2x4's & sheetrock where the dining/living room wall air conditioner had been before they removed it (he shared/save a sample of the damage-black mold for me when I return home later that day). This was an very UNEXPECTED find, not disclosed in escrow :( and very nice of him to do this for me. This same crewman even took the time to make sure roofing tiles they needed matched the new 3 year old roof installed that is still under warranty by a local contractor/sellers. Finally the office staff was efficient in completing and submitting the "Engery Rebate" paperwork to REU for the sizeable $$$ rebate on my future electrical bill. Both Marty & Mike made sure I had copies of City permits, inspection finally approval reports, etc. In closing Marty made this major project a smooth process and his team made sure the interior HVAC duct/venting can easily connect to the bedroom w/handicap bath addition that will be completed this upcoming fall, which I will call again them to do, finish. Allianz Team did an AWESOME, timely and efficient job, THANK YOU!!! Mary O."
