"I have used this Roofing on two different family projects. One was the complete roof retiling of a standard size family home and the most recent project, was for the repair and laying of new roof sheets on the back sun room. Each time I found them to be helpful, co-operative and very professional. On our recent project, Pete was our first point of contact who made the whole experience stress free and quick. Ari and Elijah helped in choosing the materials, right down to the colour and then completing the job in only two days."

"David was absolutely amazing for us! I called him and he found a window to come and see what the problem was; he gave me a good assessment, offered to give me some treatment for the damaged wood for me to apply and ensured I wouldn't have a problem in my wall in the future."

"Ben and his contractors were all amazing. He does a great job selecting top of the line contractors and is great about making sure the work is done to his satisfaction, which is one of the things we really like about him. Just remember "You get what you pay for". We never go with the lowest bidder, just because they were the lowest. We want to know we are getting quality work and products which is exactly what we got from Ben. We have another project we will be working in the future and we already know Ben is the guy for the job. Good luck in your search and meet Ben he really is an amazing contractor and person!"

"Randy and Daryl were knowledgeable, hard working, and receptive to my questions and ideas. I asked They own their own equipment, including a dump truck, and I think that helps control cost. They are pretty much a two man crew. Randy runs the show in between hauling materials and Daryl runs one of their two track hoes and works his magic. The whole time they were here I never saw them slacking (I work from home and was able to see much of their progress). As far as cost, I feel both jobs were a good value. Randy was able to meet me half-way on a couple of points. He is a reasonable guy."

FAQs for handyman service projects in Silverdale, WA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
