I was so impressed with the crew's work that I asked Michael to bid on finishing a courtyard and a pool change area. Of three quotes that I received, Michael was competitively priced, comprehensive and clear where the cost was allocated and where extras might lie. Michael had a sub-contractor come in to do carpentry while his own crew completed stone work. All crew were professional and skilled. "Our backyard had bother me a long time as it was not functional at all. It looked terrible as the grass was dying and old concrete was bumpy with cracks. Kids could not play in the backyard but had to bike/ride scooters on the street. We interviewed serveral other contractors like most of other homeowners. And we finally decided to go with MCLM, because the manager was amazng. He was very preffessional and had great ideas of how to make our yard beautiful and functionals.
