"We have used Jeff in the past and he was our first choice for the work that needed to be done. Jeff arrived at the appointment on time, within 2 days of calling to schedule. He quickly cleaned and releveled a 5 tier fountain that had not been used in at least 2 years. He also moved and replaced the pump as we no longer needed such a mighty one. He also cleaned and checked out a smaller fountain that had also been neglected for 2+ years. Finished his work in under 2 hours. 2 days later - the large fountain had not been used in a long time so the caulking between the tiers had deteriorated and allowed the water to drain from upper tiers. We called Jeff back and he came the next day to check out the problem. He quickly determined the caulking problem but because of the size/weight of our fountain, he needed help to remove and fix the problem. He came back the next day with help and fixed the problem within 2 hours. We now have our giant fountain working the way it should. We would hire Jeff again if needed."

"Two holes were dug, one at the house and the other at the boulevard. The next day 4-inch trenchless pipe was installed, along with a clean-out access by the house. The crew worked hard under difficult weather conditions - it was unseasonably warm, over 100 degrees in the afternoon. After replacing the pipe, the holes were filled up and some sod replaced. After that there was only one slight hiccup - a nearby sprinkler pipe got cracked during the digging. We reported this and the next day they repaired it expertly. We are very satisfied with the work and the responsive, professional service."
