I changed the specs 2 or 3 times but her communication was great. When I gave them the ok, the installation was set up quickly. I was amazed at how fast 2 guys could mark off, dig holes and install over 400' ft of fence. It looked great. There were two minor issues that I contacted them about. Tracy, the owner, called me immediately and they were taken care of the next day. 100% satisfied"

"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."

"I was hesitant about going with a hidden or invisible fence for our new puppy but because of the make up of our yard a traditional chain link or wooden fence was not feasible (we have a drainage ditch that splits our yard and floods during heavy rains). "Chuck met with me to review a few designs for driveway gates that would work with the modern architecture of our house.  He discussed all the details of the location, steel posts, stucco columns, lights, gate operator equipment, etc. and prepared a complete proposal with all of the information.  Chuck replaced the originally specified steel gate material with aluminum, taking it upon himself to retool his fabrication equipment with no change to his original proposal price.  The gate turned out to be stronger and as beautiful, but much lighter to operate and will last forever.  I appreciated Chuck and his team's attention to detail on all aspects of the gate construction, tying into the adjacent aluminum fencing and the final landscaping around the columns.  Their friendly interaction while working on-site has been a pleasure. <br />"

"Once we contacted Accurate Fence, an appointment for a quote was set up right away. The gentleman that provided the quote, was, at first, extremely responsive and professional. He responded to all of our questions almost immediately, which was very reassuring that we were dealing with a good company. Once we signed the contract and sent in 1/2 of the payment, the treatment changed. The same gentleman was supposed to come over and roughly stake out the property (which is standard) to make sure they wouldn't be hitting any utility lines. He would make appointments with us and then just not show up, no call or email. We would have to follow up with him. This made us very nervous, but everything ended up working out. The fence crew and delayed their installation date the night before the install; however, agreed to come over Saturday, the day before Easter, to install the fence. The installation crew was very professional, hardworking, friendly and very skilled at their job. They have fence building down to a science. We really like the way that the fence turned out. <br />"
