They took pictures of everything, before and after. THe crew was pleasant, and worked really hard.... couldn't believe how much stuff they removed from under there. The crawl space is tight, but they didn't complain (at least to us!). They gave us good recommendations for some repairs needed for the foundation. All for a most reasonable price, compared to other estimates. They deserve every star they can get!"

The cost did go up due to replacing the water inlet and outlet lines and the gas inlet line. New tank, might as well have new lines. 1st Response should mention in their coupon that water/gas lines will add to the cost since Beau explained that the water lines almost always have to be replaced and the new gas line is required to maintain their lifetime warranty. Code required the installation of a condensation trap which at $125 I thought was a little over priced. Overall a good experience and I would probably use them again."

They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
