First impressions mean a lot to me and Craig was professional, well spoken and fit me in after the call he was on. They arrived on time and kept me updated during the call he was currently on. He put on booties to protect our carpets and was very careful not to damage anything and keep the mess to a minimum. He laid down tarps, brought in paper towels, towels and deodorizer. He was thoroughly prepared and absolutely professional. After jetting out the drain (I highly recommend this over just snaking it) he ran a camera through all the way to the street. "I hired them for a furnace maintenance check for a great price. They changed my filter and disconnected my electric one informing me it was no longer in use. Added glue to pvc drain pipe that was loose, cleaned the flame sensor, measured voltage of circuits. Recently, as the weather got colder and the furnace started running I noticed a puddle coming from underneath it. I spent quite some time trying to diagnose it myself but couldn't figure it out. I explained to the company that I started having issues with the furnace after my last check. They sent Frank out to look at the issue. He was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and it was pretty simple. It was due to a loose drain pipe inside the unit. He simply reattached it. I was not charged as it was possible the pipe got loose (it was not well sealed) during the maintenance check. I was extremely grateful with the way Frank and Arctic Air Conditioning conducted business. I am wary of vendors who try to exploit you but I do not feel that way at all towards Arctic Air.
