"We had a french patio door and 11 windows replaced in our home in Stillwater, Mn. We were extremely pleased with all areas of the process. Although the project was originally planned for mid November and did not start until mid-December and the weather created a few issues, the project was completed in a timely manner once it was started. I was very pleased with our installation crew: Chris, Gabe and Tanner. They worked very hard, were very considerate and punctual. Our sales person, Chris, did an excellent job in explaining the construction and product, Marvin Infinity windows and doors. The QC inspector, Josh was extremely thorough. Very little work had to be redone but Josh made sure every scratch and defect was replaced. We were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of his work. Every member of the Lindus team was professional, polite, informative and respectful. We listen to Andy Lindus on WCCO radio and that was the reason we choose Lindus Construction. The cost of our project was high and more than I expected to pay but we are very pleased with the end result."

"The sales guy was good, and the work was good. I have a few complaints, though:1. The crew showed up and started working, without anyone introducing themselves to me, or telling me they were starting. I found out later that Matt was out with pneumonia that day. OK, I understand people get sick, but somebody else should have communicated with me. 2. One member of the crew had a glass beverage bottle, which fell and broke into many pieces; he did not clean it up very well; I had to re-sweep my driveway and patio. 3. Even though I left a gate open for the crew to haul old shingles out of the back yard, they removed a larger gate, and walked through my rain garden, stepping on perennial flowers, to haul old shingles out of the yard. 4. When the crew was done, they didn't tell me they were done, they just left. So, I went up on the roof, and spent 1/2 hour picking nails out of the gutters. Later, someone from Roofs R Us stopped by to do a post-job inspection, and would have cleaned the nails out of the gutters, had I not done it. But nobody had bothered to tell me that he was coming!5. The roofers would pull the cellophane strips off the new shingles, then just drop them, to blow around in the wind, rather than putting them in their pockets, or a weighted bag. I sent the next several weeks picking up cellophane strips in my neighbors' yards and the alley."

"Scott is wonderful at recycling or preserving what materials do not need replacing. He hauls away all the replaced lumber and offers to haul other pack-ratted items that I had stored but would never need. His son Steve subcontracted for masonry work on my garage remodel. His son Joe has come onto projects as an assistant or prep worker. Scott does excellent work and his pricing is fair. His skill is worth waiting for."
