"Repair was quick then I had him check out both heat pumps completely. They charge a little over $100 to do a complete check of a unit - so it cost a little over $200 for the work. I thought there should have been a break for two units but there was not. The repair work was $200 for part and labor and travel then $200 to look at the units. Repairman was there around an hour and a half and the total was $420."

"Four men arrived early and went right to work. All insulation was pulled out, bagged and taped and hauled away. They came back for day 2 and spread the plastic, stone, installed new sump pump, dug the pipe line for the french drain, and replaced sod back in the ground over the pipe. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element.
