"Excellent roof company. I would recommend them to any body."

"During the inspection and bidding process Manuel Hernandez was very clear in explaining the process of what and how the work would be done and the standards that they were going to meet during the large roofing project. Tom Galloway was also very pleasant to work with over the phone. A very nice guy to deal with and also very clear and concise in his explanations of options and company ethics and standards to be provided. The work crew showed up early every morning and worked long hard hours to complete the job. They were courteous and very hard working and cleaned up the work space when finished. I would definitely call on Tom Galloway and Manuel Hernandez for my roofing needs again."

"I first hired them to complete a roof repair. The repair was so small that they completed it for free. I then rehired them later for a roof replacement. They arrived on time as scheduled, completed the job on time, no extra charges, cleaned up and complete professionals."

"Alejandro made to process of get new roof easy and painless. I Called A and S Roofing and Construction LLC after being referred by a friend. I am glad I did! Alejandro inspected the entire home not just my roof. I didn't understand at first but he explained to me everything that was damaged by hail. Insurance was responsible for fixing. He walked me through my insurance paperwork and explained to me the process. By the time Alejandro got done with the job. My home beautiful again. New roof, gutters, window screens, new paint, and my deck re stained. I could not be happier with my choice of working with A and S Roofing!"

I've worked in residential construction for years as a laborer on custom and spec homes, home remodels, and roof replacements and repairs. That hands-on experience is the foundation of Z Factor, my one-person company where you work directly with the person doing the job.\n\nAs a small operation, I'm able to be responsive, detail-oriented, and flexible with your schedule and budget. From minor repairs to larger projects, I take pride in doing the job right the first time and keeping communication clear throughout.\n\nIf you're looking for reliable help with your home - no job too small - reach out and let's talk about your project.

"I believe North Star Roofing and Construction changed ownership sometime in the last few years or there are two companies with the same name, or something else is going on. I Googled Russ Oja who I always dealt with and found him on Linked In as the former owner. I looked on the Land I site
https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/Detail.aspx?UBI=602086881and LIC=NORTHSR994KUand SAW=
and found that Russ' license lapsed on 6/10/2012. So the North Star Roofing and Construction company that I dealt with is no more. Furthermore I see no North Star Roofing in Seattle listed on the Land I site.
I am writing this because Angie's List asked for a review. I'm not sure what I clicked or wrote that made them aware of my prior use of North Star. The North Star I used was addressed on Mukilteo Speedway in Lynwood. The North Star that Angie's List has prompted me to review is at 815 1st Ave in Seattle.

"Luigi was very professional, friendly, and prompt for the quote and for the work day. I was very pleased with the cost and how quickly he was able to get it done. I would recommend Stay Dry Solutions to anybody needing roof work or even a new roof. We will be going to him when we have our roof replaced in a couple of years."

"I want to thank Lilac City Roofing for doing such a terrific job on my new asphalt shingle roof. They were very professional and I liked the fact they cleaned up completely every day before leaving. They did an excellent job on the roof, facia and soffet that I needed. I would hightly recommend them to anyone."

"David and his Roofing Team (led by Luis, then later George), did a wonderful job repairing a large section of my roof. They quickly and expertly removed, then replaced a large section of roofing. Further, his team was extremely friendly and very attentive to my description of the issues and the concerns I had. The repaired section completely blends into the original section, and I am confident that after talking to them and observing their work, this section will last for years and years! Well done!"

"I actually worked for this company and was extremely happy with completion of jobs before staging had to begin. Everything was completed quickly and communication was extremely easy! I have also done consultations regarding previous projects, and they’ve always been a pleasure to work with. Hoping to do more business with them in the future."
