"It was easy to make an appointment and Randall arrived at the appointed time. He reviewed our recent problem with a damp basement, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He suggested some DIY solutions ( grading in the yard, etc.) we should try first and then offered his company’s services if our own repairs didn’t work out.
