"These were really nice guys and they did a good job but they're were a few areas where they could improve. The shower water blender is reversed, so hot and cold are switched from what it says on the hardware. The outdoor water spigot was installed without screws so it swivels slightly. We can fix that easily but they should have secured it with screws. They needed to leave to get a party, and both went. It would have been more efficient our one stayed to do the other repair while the other went shopping. More efficient and more economical to save time on the job. These were really nice young guys, respectful and responsive."

"It was not clear if there was a leak or if the well had run its course and needed further attention or even a new one drilled. First, on the phone, they discussed what might be the problem; then they came out and found the leak promptly. It helped that the ground was muddy and it was easier to see lighter colored clay bubbling up. The next day, they came with a back hoe and fixed the broken pipe; we discussed if we should stop there or replace the whole pipe but we still didn't know if the well would come back. So, they stopped there and we set up a series of tests to see if the pressure in the system held and if there was water. If it seemed OK, that was it; if not, we'd move on from there. So far, so good. They were helpful and the price seemed fair."

"Drain backed up raw sewage into and out of toilet in basement on Christmas morning. We called and the service man arrived in under two hours. He was professional and efficient, explained things carefully and cleared the drain. He did the work, remounted the toilet, and cleaned the area. They will also be sending another technician with a camera to examine the cast iron line to see if more needs to be done."
