"Raymond met with the insurance guy three days, (Sunday morning), after a hail storm did a number on our neighborhood. He negotiated with the adjuster for the better materials and replacement metals. Raymond educated the claims guy on state/local codes required that the adjuster was unaware of, but agreed to include. He contacted a city inspector immediately; acquired the permit. <br /> On Tuesday, two days later, our roof was replaced. Cleaned up great. Of the hundreds of damaged roofs in the area, none were completed with such expedition. <br /> Raymond has been patient in receiving payments as my insurance company dragged its feet on issuing all the checks. One got lost in the mail, and he is still waiting for the final payment a month later without complaint. <br /> The work was done professionally, sent people out a couple more times for minor touch ups, threw in a new roof water heater vent at no charge that insurance wouldn't cover. <br /> I can't say enough positive things about Mr. Strantz and his company - will definitely contact TRS again for any future home improvements. <br /> <br /> It is with ease, I give this top recommendation. <br />"

They were very open about my windows and gave me info on how to get them repaired under my warranty instead of just offering their own services. They also helped me along the way to deal with my insurance company which initially denied my claim. I know for a fact that I would not have gotten my roof covered without their help. They were very friendly, down-to-earth, courteous, accommodating, and fast to respond. My entire roof got and skylight got replaced in just one day, and it looks perfect."

Rick came out and actually got on the roof before giving an in depth quote. I have a barn style roof with a steep pitch and metal on the edges. He answered all my questions and explained all options in detail before we decided to go ahead. Fast forward to Roofing Day. Cory, the project manager, and his crew were superb, keeping me informed on the process and delivering great results quickly. They did such a good job cleaning that I didn't even find a nail in my yard. They even cleaned my gutters! The job was finished on budget and they did not expect final payment until I was completely satisfied and the city inspector signed off on the project. They also worked with the inspector and answered all of his questions. The inspector was impressed with the work as well and he has a reputation around the neighborhood for being a stickler for the rules and quality.
