"Radiant Cleaning did not complete the majority of the standard cleaning tasks they advertise. I paid for a standard clean and even limited the job to only part of my home, yet many basic items like mirrors, appliances, trash, baseboards, and touchpoints were not cleaned. After raising the issue, the company responded by falsely claiming there was animal feces and urine throughout the home, which is completely untrue. I have photo and video evidence showing the condition of the home and the incomplete work. Very disappointing experience and poor accountability."

"DO NOT USE!!! They STEAL!!!! They stole most of my high end designer clothing in 2 of my closets that I rarely use and a couple of my Dyson vacuum cleaners are missing and who knows what else. I did not watch them carefully, so they can put out the trash and someone else can come along and take it. Also, a couple of times they had a supervisor come to the house and she was more than likely in on the steal. The owner yelled at me and said his people dont steal and nobody would want my old clothes. They use company cars that track their positions, but by using a 3rd party that is easily overcome. They knew which clothes to take - high end St. John knits that never go out of style, a Kate Spade coat that had only been worn once, etc. A total of 5 feet was missing from both closets that could not take another hanger of clothing, then they spread out the clothes in case I looked in. They did leave 2 St. John knits that were red, but you cant wear red to a funeral. I was totally disgusted and should have called the police. But thieves will take advantage of older people."
