While he was here, I decided to have my oriental rug cleaned as well, so glad I did! I've had professional oriental rug cleaners do it before, and the baked in stains never came out.. but this time they did! "Technician came alone, so unable to clean under any larger, heavier pieces of furniture. Did not make any effort to work on stains, which was the main reason I hired a professional carpet cleaner. Had a rust stain that he basically did nothing to other than run machine over a few times. I have since worked on it myself and managed to get most of it out!!
