"We had A Better Roofing Co. do our roof about 8 years ago. They were excellent. They are always there for us when we have questions like: can we attach something to the roof without damaging it, etc. They have come out to study the questions and give answers. This time, during the storm and rain, a tree fell and damaged our roof some. They came out the next morning and scoped it out. Making sure that any holes would be secure and not do further water damage to the roof, etc. until they could get the tiles for our roof and come repair it. Which they did. They returned and installed and repaired the damage. It looks great. They are a company that not only stands behind their work, they don't forget previous clients!"

"Comments involve the representative of the Metroroot Company, Casey Howard, and the construction crew of Sound Roofing both companies at the same address: 184458 8th Ave S, Sea-Tac, WA 98148. Casey did the inspection and drafted the proposed work to re-tile our ~85-year-old clay tile roof. He was especially careful to address specific weaknesses in the existing tile roof. A crew of 4 to 8 workers did the actual job. They worked hard and they did an excellent job. This is not an easy task as you keep as many of the original tiles as possible (not like a shingle or shake roof). The site was kept clean and they work progressed rapidly, but carefully. The result was excellent."

"The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"Hector and his team are simply amazing! This is the third project we had completed by express roofing in less than a year (front porch, backyard patio roof, asphalt shingles roof replacement). I appreciate the quality of the work, the responsiveness to our needs, and the expediency of the team. With this roof replacement, we had Express Roofing replace the roof, and add a 4x4 skylight to increase the amount of light we get in the living room. Hector helped us with the best design, selection of materials, and suggested we add a smart venting system to increase ventilation in the attic.
