The original manufacture and most contractors would have replaced the door for lots of money, but Mark arrived promptly, took the door out, replaced the rollers on the bottom, and put it back together. "We noticed that 4 of our fence post caps were missing and were most likely blown off during a wind storm. We contacted Fence Masters, who installed our fence 2 years ago to order replacements. Karen responded immediately and said they should have the post caps in stock and that TJ would be by to put them in at no cost. True to their word, TJ came by with the replacements, installed them, and he checked about 30 other post caps to make sure they were secure. This level of customer service is exceptional.
