There was a disconnect between the office and the crew as to what work was to be done. They exceeded the scope of work, but I was able to negotiate a settlement. They charged a lot for materials. For example, they wanted $1800 for the pump; I found an identical unit for $800. I would use them again, but make sure there is a very clear understanding of what is to done and what it will cost. <br />"
