"The admin that handled the call was very efficient. The guy showed as expected within the 2-hr window they committed to the day after the call. A tenant has complained some noises were heard, possibly a bat or squirrel, in the recessed ceiling. The guy inspected the area and found no signs of scratching or droppings. Installed traps that remained there for 3 days. No creature was captured but the noises disappeared - possibly the creature found its way out of the house.
