After meeting with and receiving quotes from a couple, we hired Borja. Mr. Borja was great to work with. He listened carefully to our description of what we wanted. He gave us lots of helpful information about the project, asked us questions about exactly what we envisioned, and was very professional and pleasant in all of our contacts. The work crew took great care to excavate and prepare the area, checking the slope for drainage as they progressed. "I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. "BS&T Concrete is absolutely the best and deserves a lot more than five stars. For us they poured a concrete patio and a slab for a storeroom at the garage. The patio is so beautiful – level and squared off perfectly. The slab for the storage room is awesome and is going to definitely hold the weight that is needed for a storage room. Every member of the crew was courteous, professional and had great personalities. We so love the work accomplished by BS&T and recommend them for any concrete work that you need/require. At the end of each day work areas were cleaned prior to workers leaving. Acra's design center was inspiring. I chose to do much of the shopping from it. That extended the project of a kitchen renovation to a whole house experience! With the most recent project the sheet metal backing for a specific door and replacing wood molding meets the need to protect the area from further damage. We were pleased with all aspects of our experience!"
