"Mr. Walker did an excellent job cleaning my exterior. I expressed concern to be extra careful with a vine I have growing on my courtyard wall, as well as other plants in my courtyard. He flushed them with water prior to and after cleaning. However, I have boxwoods that are dead, next to my house, on the street side. Hence this is the C grade on Quality. I will have to replace them."

I didn't know the time they would arrive but they drove up about 9am and finished before noon. They introduced themselves and did a walk around, and got right to it (it's currently 93 degrees out there), not stopping until they were finished. Before taking my credit card, I was briefed about the way they check to make sure not only are the gutters clean, but that there are no clogs in the down spouts. I was also told about some repairs that were needed on the dormers, that I had completely missed. Love the view from my windows, and am very grateful I didn't have to climb the ladders."

"Parker fence and deck was very responsive and came to the home promptly to do an estimate for building a fence. Price was fantastic and after seeing his other work we would go with him any time. He even came out multiple times to make sure we were getting the plan correct. Unfortunately we did not decide to build a fence due to the HOA restrictions and requirements in my neighborhood which are kind of ridiculous. Only one certain color allowed, required to be painted and required to plant obscene amounts of shrubs to conceal the fence. Of any of the fence companies I have gotten estimates from, this is the one I would recommend based on criteria for ratings above, and price. <br />"
