"The night before my biannual HVAC check up, I found my basement had some flooding. I have been working with Appleton Campbell for a YEAR and the experiences have been unwanted but exceptional. "Replaced a well pump, pressure tank and switch. John Dexter was prompt in response and the installation was completed within a couple of days. The young man that completed the installation was very polite and did a great job. Had an issue with a slight leak on one of the tank fittings which did take two return trips to solve the issue which was nothing more than a lack of silicone grease on the o-rings. Two days later we detected a very bad taste in the water. Called Dexter to tell of the issue. John did not seem to concerned and ask me to email him what I was experiencing so he could forward to his water people. The taste and smell were very bad and the water could not be drank. Dexter's shop is literally a mile from my house. I think it would have been prudent for him to swing by and see the issue for himself. I decided after a few days of not hearing from Dexter, to contact someone else to solve the issue. While Dexter Well and Plumbing is fast to respond to the initial problem, they seem less concerned if there are issues after the fact."

"Without a doubt, I will call this company for any future needs. Last year, I had regular maintenance done on my furnace and they scared the crap out of me when they told me I needed a bunch of work done and repairs on my gas furnace. I held off and crossed my fingers all last winter and decided this year was finally time to face it... so began the phone calls.. then I got a return call from Parrish services. Alan, the owner, came to my house at 7 p.m. on a Friday to do a check on my gas furnace. This was after one company told me it would be a $6800 replacement job, and another told me $69 bucks just for them to come look at it and even then they would only tell me they'd call me Monday morning to confirm and then call me at some point Monday to let me know then they were within 30 minutes of being here, but couldn't give me any idea of what time that would be. Ugh. Add to the mix that I'm a single mom and I used to just pick up the phone and call my dad for advice on EVERYTHING.... he passed away a little over a year ago and this was the first major home issue that I had where I couldn't get my dad's advice... let the meltdowns begin... Alan came and put all my fears to rest. He was completely honest and said he didn't think I really needed to do anything right now. My furnace was clean as a whistle, was running fine, and he didn't see any reason to replace or repair anything. I had the filter in backwards, but ooopppsss... lol.. luckily I had another one, so that was a quick swap all was right in the world again.
