We got three estimates and they were right in the middle, but it was evident from the beginning unless we made changes to our job or had unforseen issues, the cost would be very close to the estimate. The estimate included realistic costs for all aspects of the job including materials and subcontracting jobs, like plumbing and electric, instead of estimating so low you know the costs will increase. Before, during, and even after Angie is amazing! She was always a text, email, or phone call away for questions, covering for us when we couldn't get away from work, helping to make design decisions, and to keep the project moving forward. John is an extremely skilled and meticulous craftsman! All of our tile work and the entire bathroom came out beautiful! We added areas and made major modifications to our accent tile that required a lot of tedious spacing and installation and John made it look like it came that way from the manufacturer. He is wonderful! Todd, also, has the same care and attention to detail. He rewalled and painted our bedroom and it looks absolutely beautiful! We will use them for everything we ever do again and we highly recommend them for anything you plan to do!"

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

We had our tub removed, and that revealed all kinds of plumbing problems, but The Shower Company upgraded the plumbing, installed a new subfloor, new flooring, a new shower kit, toilet snd vanity. The crew very nice, cleaned up after every step. My only regret is that I didn’t sit down and plan with the representative. I thought I had it under control. It started buying things on my own. Brian Inkley (owner) and Jacob Quick (project manager) have a team of dedicated, talented professionals. They did a superb job in restoring our damaged house. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority. Jacob worked with our homeowners insurance adjuster to be sure that the funds allocated for our losses were enough to complete our projects. We recommend Master Remodel & Construction with pleasure."
