"They really do mean now. They installed a sewer cleanout same day, by hand digging since company back hoes were all in use. It was an urgent situation with all home drains backing up and they got all the drains going same day, and eliminated all sources of sewer gas and corrected several improper plumbing installs the next day. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts.
