"We use Budget Pest Control at all 4 of our facilities, and I must say they truly are great. They are very considerate of our schedule and generally always plan to spray out outdoor play area when the school is closed and there are no children. When we have an issue inside the building (we are surrounded by woods at some locations). They always send someone out, normally within hour. They don't just come in and spray or take care of any issue we have, they explain step by step what they are doing, what type of chemical they are using (which are all kid friendly) and then they show us ways to help prevent that issue from happening again. Recently, one of the teachers had reported hearing critters running in the attic. I called at 8 am. and I had someone here that morning setting traps outside and inside the attic. As it turns out, we did catch some animals, and when I called they promptly arrived to take the cage away. They even came on the weekend to cage the traps outside while the facility was closed. They also took the time to walk around the building with me and show me where they think the animals had gotten in and gave me a step by step of how to fix it. On top of that the gentleman, Fred, was extremely nice & friendly and was very easy to deal with.
