There wasn't a lot of noise, and the crew was formed of a few great guys. Ty and Dylan were both personable and clarified any questions or concerns I had throughout the job. "Our fence looks incredible! They came swiftly to do the work, and we still get compliments about how great our fence looks. We liked working with Henry. The first issue arose when the fence exceeded the quote and contract that we signed. We weren’t told this until the very end of the work, which was not great to say the least by an additional 20%. We knew there was some flexibility in the price, but it would’ve been nice to say, by the way, we’ve exceeded the estimated price and expect the final price to be in this range. Lastly, we also had issues with our gate hinges and called them back 3x until it was finally fixed. It was difficult to get them to come back out even though we were under warranty, and we encountered issues with their customer service and communication. We would probably still use them again for another fence but would only communicate with Henry."

"Unprofessional visit. Showed up unannounced and we only knew they were there because one person stood 10 feet from our porch staring at us in through our living room window. My wife spent 10 minutes talking to them, they stated they had no business cards, they only had an appointment card but didn't present it. Honestly when you show up at someone's house you need some sort of identifier if your walking door to door in casual clothes. After the uncomfortable dead stare through the windows my wife and i have decided to post a No Solicitors sign. They didn't take no for an answer at first, pushing with more questions to circumvent the no she gave, as well as interrupted our dinner, as they showed up right at 6pm."
