"Paul was absolutely fantastic. I had a main sewer line clog backing up into my basement. Paul came out, knew exactly where to access the main line, and cleared the blockage quickly with professional equipment. He pulled out a ton of buildup and completely fixed the issue the right way — not just a temporary patch. On top of that, he was honest, explained everything clearly, and saved me over $400 compared to other plumbing companies told me I would’ve had to pay. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. No upselling, no nonsense — just solid work. If you need a plumber who actually gets the job done, Paul is your guy. Highly recommend and will definitely call him again."

"Adrian responded to our immediate issue right away (clear clogged drain). While on the job, I had him quote several other plumbing jobs I wanted to have done. He provided fair estimates and did a great job getting the work done. One job involved replacing two old valves on the main line coming into the house. For this work we needed to coordinate with the water authority to have the water shut off. Adrian was very accommodating while trying to schedule the shut off. He always returned calls and texts which made coordination easy and did a great job with the plumbing work. Will definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs."

"The service I received from my first call through the completion of the service was absolutely top shelf in every way. If I need service in the future Instaplumbing will get the call."

"I highly recommend The Builders & Cleaners for any remediation needs. From the very beginning, their proposal was incredibly detailed and transparent, with the Project Manager clearly outlining the scope of work and the materials to be used. They provided a high-value solution that was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The overall service was professional, seamless, and timely. Communication was a standout part of the experience; I was kept in the loop daily by their amazing Office Admin. A huge part of this success was the crew chief, who was fantastic to work with. He managed the team with precision, ensured every detail was attended to, and handled every request with professionalism and expertise. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. The remediation was thorough, precise, and completed to a very high standard. They didn't cut any corners and ensured that everything was cleaned and restored perfectly before finishing the job. "I had plumbing leaks in a couple of places, but the men that did the work went above and beyond by replacing every component involved top to bottom to ensure there would be no leaks for a long time to come. Very satisfied with the quality of work as well as how quickly it was done."

"Michael was quick to respond, was able to assess the issue, propose a solution and do the work on the spot. Fair pricing, good work. He and his partner installed a new external hose bibb in a difficult to access spot. They had to pull up carpet and cut into the sub-flooring to access the 12 inch clearing to remove broken pipe pieces from the inside, but they did a great job and put everything back the way it was. Works as expected. Would recommend."

"Paul was polite, clear and to the point. When he found a problem and then an additional problem, he called me to see what I wanted to do about it. He was patient in explaining my options and what would happen with each option. He came when he said he would. I was very happy with his service and would use him again."

"TPK LLC did an amazing job unclogging my kitchen drain. They were professional, quick, and got everything flowing perfectly again. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommend!"
