"I want everyone to know about Georgia Wildlife and the owner Kyle. On top of this company's knowledge about pest control and mainly rodents. This company truely is the best in the business. The owner Kyle came out to give me a estimate and he examined the house, and he let me know about these rats living in this abandon house for 8 years and they had eaten though the walls, electrical wire and made a opening outside so they can enter back and forth. Well I told Kyle the price he gave me was very cheap and thanks I would get back in touch with him in a couple of weeks when my finance came though for the remodeling we are doing on the house. Well a couple of hours went by and Kyle called me and said Maam I was thinking and I seen the fear in my face about the rat. He said I can not let you sleep in your car in the garage. He said I'm going to purchase all the material and stop up all entry to this house. He called me everyday and came and checked the rat traps for rats. He lives about 58 miles from me. This young man came to my resue. He has a HEART OF GOLD. He told me hes not into this so much for the money, but to give his clients relief from the fear of these rats. Boy I cried so hard. And couldn't stop thanking him. He came did the work and said he would work something out for me. So I can live in my house and not the car. He always came on schedule and was very very knowledgable about this situation with these rats. And from the looks the rats left. I would refer this company to everybody. The Owner is the best and gets A millon stars. Please give Kyle a call and I guarantee you will see the same as i did. This Guy is awesome. please give him a call, you will NOT REGRET IT."

"Response to my work request was very timely and the job was completed in a very professional and courteous manner. Will recommend Joshua to everyone I know who needs some skilled assistance."

"Jason arrived within the planned time frame......I had asked him to please call when he was on the way, but he didn't.....Fortunately, we were pretty much ready for him.  Since we had been through this before (different technician), in the exact spot, we knew Jason would have to cut a hole in the wallboard between the studs.  He removed three live baby squirrels.  The mother had been coming in and out to tend to them, and she was not inside at the time.  Because of the height of this location, the squirrels wouldn't have been able to get out.  After removing the young squirrels, Jason checked out the point of entry (which we were aware of) and prepared an estimate on full treatment of our home which guarantees the work.  However, $2500 (includes 10% Angie's List) is a large expense.  We put in a call to our contractor who has done extensive work here, and he had his staff come and repair the point of entry for us.  At this time, we feel that is all we need to do since it appears to be the only spot.
My reason for "B" in professionalism is that the gentleman in the office whom I spoke with a couple of times seemed impatient and gruff.  There was no "Yes, ma'am....No, ma'am".....This could be improved upon.
Jason had a rather challenging job, and he did it.

"I was incredibly impressed by Riteway's responsiveness, expertise, approachability, and the quality of their work. They responded to my calls quickly, worked quickly with no interference with our home life, they were respectful and accommodating of my wife and my busy schedules and used quality products that have prevented squirrels, mice, and snakes from re-entering my attic. I wasn't even aware of the mice or snakes until the experts at Riteway found and removed them. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to rid their house of critters and was thrilled that Riteway's quote was about 33 percent less expensive than Arrow Exterminator for substantially similar work to the work Riteway quoted. I'll definitely recommend Riteway for my friends' and family's critter control needs!"

"Did the pest inspection and was very professional. Provided all the paperwork and explained what was what. This was very last minute and though I was not notified they were coming, they showed up when I needed them."

"Excellent. Love the service and love the fact I can call to have someone come out if pests are seen inside at any time."
