"We've used Dependable One in the past with good results. This time, we had a problem with our GFCI circuit. Greg came out, inspected the entire circuit and replaced the bad GFCI outlet as well as another old outdoor outlet. I asked him about getting an Electrical Safety Inspection in the future and he said they could do that but he didn't push it as I didn't mention any other problems. Before he left, he asked if there was any thing else he should look at and I did remember one more outlet that was troublesome. He looked at it and did find an issue. After fixing it, he did think a Safety Inspection would be a good idea, sooner than later. A few days later, Greg came back with Nick and they went through our entire house. Other than replacing a few old outlets and bringing our kitchen circuit back up to code, we checked out all good. Greg and Nick were very professional and friendly. We very much appreciated the good job they did. I thought prices for both services were reasonable for the work performed and we're happy we got the Safety Inspection. We'll use Dependable One if we need electrical work in the future."
