On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Due to demand, we were scheduled out a couple of months into mid-summer, and they actually were able to get to us a few days sooner than anticipated. The entire Lord Roofing crew worked in a safe and professional manner. They made us aware of where they would be on the roof, so there was never an issue with the safety of our family. They also cleaned up on a daily basis, this was great because it helped to keep down dust from accumulation of debris. Lord Roofing finished the work ahead of schedule and at the cost of the original quote. Our new roof looks great and we no longer have any issues with leaks.
