My front sidewalk is outlined with brick pavers and are mortar in and Aloha was the only contractor that said no problem and repaired the sidewalk, cleaned the pavers and mortared them back in place! The other three contractors did not want to do it at all. When they finished the job it was amazing and we are extremely satisfied. Aloha will always be our first call !"

They took great care in protecting my existing concrete driveway as well as my deck and three season room floor adjacent to the new patio.  They placed plywood over my lawn for the path of the skidsteer that was used to haul the gravel and concrete from the road to the new patio site in our backyard.  This prevented any significant damage to my lawn.  The site was cleaned every night before they left.  They placed rebar at all of the key areas  prevent future cracks and tied all of the concrete into any adjacent concrete placed previously.  I was kept informed on their schedule and any impacts that were caused by the weather.  The work was completed within the timeframe provided when the estimate was given. <br />"

"We hired B&K Contractors based on a friend's referral. The quote and job were within our budget. The kitchen looks great. The cabinets were custom made. The granite countertops are beautiful. The communications between B, the installers, and the warehouse were good. Once we found a granite slab with the right dimensions and color, the installation was quick and professional. They removed the chimney, tore off the plaster down to the studs, repaired and refinished the floor, updated the electrical and plumbing, widened the door to the bedroom hallway. They also replaced the furnaces and water heaters for the upstair's and downstair's units of our duplex. This included re-venting all 4 units due to the chimney tear down. For the existing bathroom, they did a complete tear down to the studs, including removing a cast iron tub. They updated the plumbing and electrical, added a vent and fan, and built a beautiful walk in shower. The only problem was getting the floor tile. That was caused by low supply at the warehouse we ordered from and bad weather. Bahram is always available either in person, phone, or text. He's professional and willing to work with the homeowner. He's not afraid to ask for clarification or make a suggestion. We will use this company again for our addition."

"I have used Custatis Construction Co for another concrete job and was so impressed that I hired them again to remove my old concrete driveway and replace it with a new one including building a retaining wall. Even with the variants in weather Marcus Custatis and his crew arrived on the day we scheduled months before. This was a three day project involving removing approximately 1800 sq ft of concrete, installing a compacted gravel base, rebar and finally 5" of low chert concrete. Near the end of day 2 I decided to add a retaining wall. This was no issue for Marcus. He obtained the needed materials and finished the wall as well as the last concrete pour on day three. The crew replaced all the grass originally dug out for placing the forms. The driveway looks great. Now I don't want anyone to use it! Marcus Cusatis and his crew were excellent."
