"Upon initial call, the salesman came out and looked at job, calling back soon thereafter with a price.  The salesman made adjustments quickly and patiently as I dithered on gates and such.  Once I was certain of what I wanted, Diamond came out within a week, arriving per agreement, and removed the old fence and installed posts one day,  and constructed the customed designed fence with matching gates on the second day.  Everyone I dealt with, from Mike the salesman, to all the men in the crew, to the young lady in the office, was polite, friendly and professional.  <br />"

The only other comment I would make is there was no call from the sales rep regarding status of the special order or a follow-up call by the sales rep after the installation. I had to call her to get status even though she told me she would call me. The follow-up call after the installation wasn't not necessary since the installer did a great job, but it was expected."
