"I got to meet one of the owners Todd, and he was great at explaining everything carefully and ensuring that the bugs at our house were all exterminated. I am only giving 4.5 stars for now because the job is not finished, but he really cares about the treatment and gave us a 90 day plan to make sure that we would no longer have a cockroach infestation. We also have a small puppy, so he made sure to explain to us that the stuff he used was safe. Overall, I really had a great experience with Gotham Pest Control!"

"I had to call them after the appointment time had passed, but they showed up 20 minutes later , due to traffic issues. the exterminator was nice and very knowledgeable regarding insects and their habits. I signed up for an annual contract for next year to check for termites. they are a bit pricey but experienced with any pest control."
