"Long story short ,I waited 3 days for Gene's to evaluate the clogged main sewer drain in my basement. After evaluation, the plumber decided he needed to use an auger to unclog the main sewer drain. Instead of starting the process immediately he informed me that he didn't have an auger on the truck.
