I hired them for that installation. - Then I hired them to replace PEX plumbing and my water line. - Then I hired them to install a sump-pump. - Then I hired them to install a whole-House water filter. - Most recent hire was today for servicing our on-demand Water Heater, servicing / replacing filter in our whole-house water heater, and installing a kitchen faucet. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who asks. I would have hired them to replace our HVAC system if I had known then (in 2018) that they do Plumbing, Septic, and HVAC! We have them service our HVAC, now. "I interviewed several plumbers before choosing Peter. They all had good Angie's List reviews but Peter's philosophy was the most conservative. My home inspector had said the plumbing in the house I purchased was shoddy and would require a complete overhaul. "My basement drain was backing up and draining very slowly.  What should have been a straightforward process (pull toilet, maybe camera, clean drain, re-install toilet) turned in to a 4 day ordeal, requiring 3 visits.  The issue was incorrectly diagnosing the problem twice -- first he thought is was a vent issue, then he thought it was a septic tank issue.  This caused a lot of extra, unnecessary work for me.  Ty's attitude on the 3rd trip was definitely different than the first 2, and not in a good way.  After the drain was finally cleaned out on the 3rd trip and the toilet re-installed, the toilet hold-down screws were left way too long for the plastic covers -- a detail that should have been taken care of.  Ty seems like a good guy, but after my experience, I have to question his knowledge and diagnostic abilities.  On the bright side, his prices are more than reasonable and he responded quickly when I called him."
