"Mad City was personable and professional with all that needed to be done at my home. Patio door replacement, bedroom window replacement, and shower stall installation. They even hired a subcontractor to repair a hole in the ceiling that was caused by a leaky bathtub. My highest complements!"

"Outstanding job. Quick and efficient. Came to give me an estimate the next day and two days later, my walk-in shower was installed. I had to replace a tub/shower combination due to cracks on the flooring and leaking water and I chose to replace it with a walk in shower. It is really nice and I love it."

"Efficient, did work in a timely fashion, great job installing as well as clean up! Anthony the project manager was also on site for install!"

"I would rehire Exterior Pro for any remodeling needed. Professionalism is fantastic. Stephanie and Susan are the best office personnel I have worked with from any company. The knowledge the staff and contractors are great. They had previously finished a bathtub to shower remodel and was in and out in less time than expected and love it as well as my new windows. I would and will definitely recommend exterior pros to friends and relatives"

"We had a great experience with Empire installing new replacement windows in our house. The windows are great quality and the installation was excellent. The installers were professional, courteous and did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaned up all debris. They also wiped down the windows before leaving. The sales, office and production staff communicated what was happening and the ETA for the job and verified that all our needs were met. I would definitely use Empire again for other projects in the future. Great job!"

"I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."

"Salesperson was efficient and knowlegable. The solid, non-slip base of the walk-in shower sold me. It's not yet installed."

"Very professional organization.
The father and son that did our installation did a great job!
By far the best value compared to the other quotes I received.
